Hey guys my name is Wendy and I’d like to share my life with you, the everyday life of a strong, muscular, ripped female bodybuilder.
As long as I can remember I had a big passion for sports, you could find me in track and field sports, volleyball, soccer and even gymnastics. I still remember the first time I went into a Gym, I was 18 and one of my guy friends had just finished his workout. I came inside to say hi and immediately grabbed a set of weights and started lifting; this was a standard bicep curl routine. My friend looked over and was pretty amazed of my effortless motion, I was just kidding around, and turns out I was using 25 pound weights for my first time!! Since then I actually never stopped lifting, I got into it immediately, and the rest is pretty much a 10 year history.
Me and a good friend of mine (he’s a guy and loves female bodybuilders just like you do…) decided to open this blog so I can share my muscle adventures with you, and my friend is in charge of all the cool female muscle videos and pics we’ll post on this blog, so enjoy!
Well here, in my blog, I’m going to tell you all about how people I know (and don’t…) respond to my huge biceps, my strong calves and quads, back and rippling shoulders. I get all kinds of responses; most of them really awesome and positive of people that want to feel my muscles (always a bicep squeeze!!), want to see how strong I am and overall are amazed to see a woman with such big and developed muscles. And I love it!!
